When do your courses start
We have courses every month throughout the year.
How much do our courses cost?
Our courses vary in cost with our paid courses starting at £325 and upwards from that depending on the length and complexity of the course.
The apprenticeships are often free of charge to both the employer and trainee depending on circumstances.
Do I need to pay the fee upfront?
We offer a range of payment plans to suit the needs of our trainees. Speak to a member of our team for more information.

How long does your courses take to complete.
Our courses vary anywhere from 3 days to 24 months depending on the course you choose. We offer both day tutoring as well tutoring outside of working hours.
How is the course presented?
All of our courses are delivered through weekly virtual classes.
For our Diploma, we have weekly virtual classes and assignments totalling approximately 4 hours a week and a minimum of 6 in-surgery assessments with your dedicated Assessor, approximately every 8 weeks.
Do I need to be employed at a practice to start the course?
For most of our courses, yes. You will need to complete a minimum of 584 hours of on the job training.
We can help you find you a work placement.
For our mental health first aider course, you do not require to be employed.
What is the minimum age to enrol on the course?
If you are over the age of 16, eligible to work in the UK and not currently in full time education you will be able to join our Dental Nurse Course at any time during the year.
What if I decide I do not want to continue the course?
If you wish to cancel, then please contact us 24 hours prior to starting the course and we can cancel or reschedule your booking. No refund of course fees will be made after the course has started. An admin fee of £250 will be deducted from any cancellation prior to the start date.
What grades do I need to enrol?
For access to our diploma and apprenticeship courses, you will need to have English and Maths Grades A-C or equivalent. In some instances you may be able to do a functional skills test to gain access to our diploma.
For our fluoride course you must be a qualified dental nurse.
Can I meet other classmates on the course?
All students have access to Slack which is a secure social platform for our students to chat. You will also have access to our Health and Wellbeing coach.
Will I have to purchase books?
Everyone learns differently. However, we have invested in e-books which have been uploaded to the online student portal where you will have access to all the literature you should need to complete your course.

How often are your courses running?
We have courses running on a monthly basis throughout the year.
What is the cost of the Diploma?
The cost is £2500. We do have an option to spread the cost over 4 months.

Where are the sessions held?
All of our courses are delivered through weekly virtual classes.

For our Apprenticeship courses, it is mandatory that all trainees do 20% of their contracted hours of training outside the practice.
Will the course be in business hours?
For our Diploma tutoring is on a Wednesday evening 7pm-9pm.
Other courses, run during the day and in business hours.
