My main incentive for choosing a career in dental nursing is due to the work environment, as although working in a dental practice can be really fast paced, dental practices are often very calm despite being busy. Furthermore, a qualification in dental nursing offers me many career advancement opportunities, as with a rise in experience, more career pathways will open up for me. Being a compassionate and outgoing person, I am able to make people feel at ease when undergoing any dental treatments which I believe is a significant quality for a dental nurse to have.
